In The Long Run

In The Long Run is a mediation on everything that really matters: Money, power, politics and dogs.

I’ve spent my career writing about them. My first book, The Price of Peace: Money, Democracy and the Life of John Maynard Keynes won the Hillman Book Prize and was named a Finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award, after being listed as one of the best books of the year by The New York Times, The Economist, Publishers Weekly, Bloomberg, Mother Jones, TechCrunch, Business Insider and other outlets.

I covered American politics for a decade at HuffPost and am currently a Writer in Residence with the Omidyar Network and the Hewlett Foundation as I research my next book for Random House. My work appears from time to time in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic and other outlets, but In The Long Run is where it all comes together.

Paid subscribers enjoy access to everything I write, weekly Q&As and brainstorming sessions, along with behind-the-scenes updates on book research and the publishing process.
